4 cups water – cold with ice, filtered, fizzy or warm (not too hot – over 80˚ will reduce the effect benefits of the TurmeriX) – the choice is yours,½ - 1 teaspoon TurmeriX 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 2 tablespoons raw honey – or stevia ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ cup orange juice – optional Method
- Melt honey and steep fresh ginger in a little hot water. If you want you can filter the ginger bits out before going on to step 2.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix.
- Sit back and enjoy!
